Every cultural project begins with an idea, and our role is to shape that initial impulse into a clear and executable framework.
Working across artistic direction, curatorship, and production, we guide projects from concept to presentation. We coordinate teams, timelines, and resources to bring the artistic vision to life with clarity and precision.

We develop funding strategies, oversee budgets, and coordinate resources to ensure each project's viability. This includes researching and identifying relevant open calls and funding opportunities, aligning each project with suitable grants and application frameworks. In dialogue with institutions, foundations, and companies, we facilitate collaborations between artists, cultural partners, and brands.

We develop art direction for exhibitions and cultural projects, creating visual frameworks that bring curatorial concepts to life across space and communication.
Our work includes graphic identities, motion design, and communication materials, as well as the design and production of catalogues and publications conceived as integral parts of the project.      

We collaborate directly with artists to develop and produce scenographic elements for installations, performances, concerts, and moving image works. From the conception of a single object to the creation of complete environments, we translate ideas into material and spatial form.
We design, prototype, and produce bespoke structures, furniture, and scenographic pieces that respond to each project's conceptual and technical needs, including live and time-based formats.
